Manufacturing
We manufacture mechanical parts on commission. We work different types of materials such as: stainless steel AISI 316, bronze, aluminium, plastics, rubbers, carbon, ergal (7075 aluminium alloy), titanium, magnesium, copper, ceramic, as well as various types of steels, iron and light alloys. The machining path is always traced, as well as each process, in order to arrive to the quality control with a product already conformed.
In particular, our service includes:

- - Compounds pieces (with solder certifications),
- - Moulds for thermoforming,
- - Moulds for the manufacture of composite material parts,
- - 3D scans,
- - Prototyping,
- - Carpentry works, iron and steel,
- - Service of supplies for particular works laser and/or water cut.
- - Construction of wooden models, metal and foundry resins, style templates, etc
